没有人知道唐朝和“江湖”真正是怎样，电影就是侯孝贤对当时世界的想象和还原，写意地拍摄刺客在青山间行走，在树林间打斗，刀光剑影都是一瞥。可能片中的文言对白、减少台词的使用会让本就复杂的人物关系更显晦涩，但让观众体验到那个世界，想必更是创作者的目的，侯孝贤也完美地做到了
