给一个案例:
石家庄市一位70多岁的老人因为轻信一个电话，居然被骗走了110万元。据了解，这位老人接到“警方”电话，说她涉嫌洗黑钱，须将银行的存款全部转成活期并存入到指定的银行账号，先予以冻结，等案件调查清楚后再解冻。随后，老人赶到自己存款的三家银行将存款全部转成活期，然后又转到一位“李警官”指定的账号，共计110多万元。后发现自己被骗了。
